Dave truly understands the needs and dreams of the vacation second-home owner. A seasoned veteran, he has over 30 years of ski resort real estate experience at both Eastern and Western resorts. Dave's path to a very full and rewarding career began with the earliest condominium development at Killington, included the incredible expansion of Vail and Beaver Creek, and now, finds him in the middle of the re-development and expansion of Steamboat Resort. Dave has always enjoyed working with people who love the resort lifestyle and helping them realize their dreams.

Dave's background includes a degree in Economics, years of construction and resort development experience and a lifetime passion for skiing all around the world. "No mountain is too steep, powder too deep, or ice too hard" is the way Dave has always enjoyed the sport.

Dave has had extensive experience in Interval Ownership and has a strong background in understanding all aspects of resort real estate and living.

Hobbies include mountain biking, raising and riding horses with his wife, Ann, and you guessed it, skiing.

A Steamboat Springs resident since 1994 and a Colorado resident since 1987, Kathleen earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. Kathleen has the experience and knowledge of living in a growing resort community and an understanding of the ever-changing Real Estate market in her area.

She specializes in Residential Real Estate and Land in Steamboat, Clark, and the North Routt/Steamboat Lake area. Kathleen's focus is on Resort Property near the Steamboat Ski area and Recreational Property around Routt County. She is an expert on Fractional Ownership at the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel.

As an avid skier, biker, hiker and lover of all things outdoorsy, she has come to appreciate this amazing part of Northwest Colorado more with each passing season. Kathleen would love the opportunity to share her passion and knowledge of the Steamboat Springs area with you as you seek to Buy or Sell Real Estate.

Originally from Arkansas, Kristin is the daughter of a small-town newspaper editor and publisher, who allowed her to work in several areas of the business, including reporting, photography and advertising. Her real estate career began in the title business 25 years ago, where she worked as a title policy verifier, and later as a real estate/loan closer for title companies and law firms in Tennessee, South Carolina and the Front Range of Colorado. She also spent time as a portrait photographer, which allowed her to combine her joy of working with people with her passion for photography. Most recently, she worked as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, before returning to Steamboat Ski & Resort Realty.

In addition, she is an active member of the Disaster Services Human Resource System of the Red Cross (which means she helps with national disaster relief) and volunteers with other organizations as well.

She has a BA in English from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where she met her husband, Robert. Married for 25 years, they moved to Steamboat after he joined the medical staff as a radiologist at the Yampa Valley Medical Center. At that time, Steamboat wasn't new to them, because they had been coming here for years in the summers and winters, enjoying camping, cycling and skiing. Now that they live here, they enjoy the many attributes of the community of Steamboat Springs, including the arts, the incredible people who live here and all the numerous outdoor activities.

Specializing in Steamboat Mountain Area properties and Resort Living, Bruce started his Real Estate career in 1990 working for some of the Top Producing Realtors® in the Aspen/Snowmass area. After this, he became a partner and helped open the Aspen Real Estate Company office in downtown Aspen, Colorado.

Being a resident of Colorado since 1981, Bruce has been through many of the Real Estate markets ups and downs. After relocating to Steamboat Springs in 1996, his career has included working in the marketing of the Steamboat Ski Area, selling vacation ownership at Trendwest Resorts and providing specialized Real Estate Marketing reports while working for a local title company.

Currently, Bruce is involved in volunteering with the local church, an Official for the swim team and conservation efforts with the Fly Fishing Club. Bruce spends the rest of his spare time exploring Colorado and the desert southwest with his lovely wife and son. His hobbies include skiing, mountain biking, scuba diving, fly fishing, fossil hunting, rock hounding and being outdoors.
